    Foundations Reformer

    This is where your Pilates reformer journey begins. Foundations is our signature beginner-friendly class designed to help you build strength, body awareness, and confidence from the ground up.  You'll learn how to move with intention, breathe with purpose and engage your core for lasting results. 

    Expect a supportive, slow-paced environment focused on form, alignment and the fundamentals of the reformer.  Perfect for beginners, those recovering from injury or anyone wanting to connect with the basics.

    Intermediate Reformer

    Our intermediate class is designed to challenge your strength, coordination, and control. This class blends classical pilates with creative flows, dynamic transitions, and deeper core work to help you move stronger and smarter.

    Expect a moderate pace, layered progressions and targeted sequences that sculpt, lengthen and energize your entire body.

    Best for clients with prior reformer experience who are ready to take it up a notch.

    Pilates Reformer

    Strengthen, lengthen and tone with this full-body pilates class on the Reformer. Focus on controlled movement, core stability and alignment for improved strength, flexibility and posture.  Suitable for all levels.

    Pilates Fusion

    Mat Power

    Turn up the heat and tap into your power. Mat Power is a high-intensity pilates mat class to challenge your strength, stamina, and stability.  This sweat-dripping session combines classical mat pilates foundations with dynamic intervals, core burnout sequences, and sculpt focused flows.

    Expect nonstop movement, minimal rest and major results. It's pilates- but with a punch.

    Mat Sculpt

    Traditional mat class-redefined. Sculpt Mat Pilates blends classical pilates principles with modern strength training. Using light weights, resistance bands and your own body weight, you'll tone from the inside out, with a special focus on core, glutes and posture.

    THE DRIP

    Step into the heat and sweat with purpose. THE DRIP is a high-energy, low-impact Pilates fusion class held in a dry-heated room set to 95°F. Expect to move through a dynamic mat-based flow that challenges your core, tones your muscles, and leaves you drenched.

    This class is designed to elevate your endurance, flexibility, and focus, all while promoting detoxification through sweat. Get ready to move, breathe, and drip.

    Sound Bath Meditation

    This 45-minute guided sound bath at The Source Pilates Wellness Studio combines the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other soothing instruments to create a deeply restorative experience for mind, body and soul.

     

    As you settle into stillness, the sound frequencies gently guide you into a meditative state-helping to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance. Perfect for stress relief, improved sleep, or simply gifting yourself time to recharge.
